Junior Board

If you want to impact a community, then invite them to the table.  That's the principle that guided us to create a junior board.  These young adults, aged 20-30 present a large portion of those we serve.  They're knowledge & experiences make us stronger & more effective in the services we provide. 

Our board and staff provide mentorship and support for our junior board members, by sharing their professional expertise and experiences, to assist them as they grow in their personal, professional, & academic pursuits.  Our junior board also will be given opportunities to serve in mentorship capacities as well.   

Our junior board will be provided with opportunities to engage with a diverse group of students, families, communities, professionals, and stakeholders as they work with each other, our partners, and our team to increase our reach and support the sustainability of our organization.
