The Recovery Bridges Program was designed to address the unique challenges faced by those in rural communities, who are in need of comprehensive, evidence-based support and interventions for youth, individuals, and families.

What We Do

We work to bridge the gaps in essential services for individuals and families impacted by Substance Use Disorder in Rural South Carolina.  We are committed to providing accessible and comprehensive support, to foster sustainable wellness and long-term recovery, breaking the cycle of addition and building healthier communities.

Program Services

Group & Individual Therapy Sessions

We offer both individual and group therapy sessions for individuals in or seeking recovery to build resilence, copying skills, & indentifying underlying causes of addition. 

Referal and Wraparound Services

We offer individualized case management to assist our program participants with referrals and resources to address gaps that hinder recovery. 

Overdoes Recognition & Response Training

We offer harm reduction training such as CPR & AED training and Narcan Training to participants of our program as well as the greater community. 

Youth & Family Support Services

Beginning Fall 2025, we will be launching our additional services to support the children and family of individuals in or seeking recovery, to break the cycle of addition.
